Escape to the sun-drenched coast of Sicily for five unforgettable days of restoration, connection, and slowing down. Sicilian Summer is an immersive wellness retreat designed to help you reconnect with your natural rhythm through movement, nourishment, and mindful living.
Each morning begins with a Vinyasa practice overlooking the Mediterranean, followed by long, leisurely breakfasts made with seasonal Sicilian ingredients. Afternoons invite rest and exploration—wander through ancient villages, swim in turquoise waters, or simply bask by the pool with a glass of local wine. Evenings unfold with grounding Yin, restorative yoga, or breathwork sessions that melt into golden sunsets and shared meals under the stars.
Led by Emily Burian, Functional Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor, this retreat blends holistic nourishment with embodied movement and mindful rituals. You’ll leave feeling deeply replenished, inspired, and connected—to yourself, to nature, and to the beauty of slowing down.

What to Expect
10:00–10:45 AM — Movement + Breath
Awaken your body with a dynamic, all-levels flow paired with breathwork to clear stagnation and build warmth.
10:45–11:00 AM — Snack Break
Nourish + refuel with a seasonal, functional snack.
11:00–11:15 AM — Meditation + Sound Bath
Drop inward with guided meditation and immersive sound to soften the nervous system and invite stillness.
11:15–11:30 AM — Journal Prompt
Reflect, release, and set intentions for the season ahead with a guided journaling practice.
11:30 AM–1:00 PM — Expert Panel + Q&A
A grounded, expansive conversation on winter wellness, nervous system health, energetics, and how to thrive during the colder months.
